  Treatment and service was terrible compared to other cinics I've been to, I only went there as a student. Since leaving I needed my files transferred to my new practice. They accidentally filed the form instead of sending my files and they didn't notice until I called up to check. I offered to pick them up myself but then was called the next day to say it had already been sent but never gave me a reference number to track it. My new clinic is down the road so what could have been a 20 minutes walk took over 3 weeks.

  Incredibly unorganised which makes me nervous since they deal with people's physical and mental health on a daily basis.

  Waited so long that I just ended up walking out.. pretty rubbish really. Why have 15 minute appointments if you're not goung to keep to the 15 mins.

  poor time management as we have to wait 2 hours to get our next appointment. Instead of charging $20 for being late or not attending your appointment, we should be given compensation
