  Dr Wardman diagnosed that i had pneumonia and got me onto an effective treatment when my regular doctor made a hasty decision that my chest was OK. Dr Wardman is very thoughtful and meticulous. The clinic is modern and efficient and parking is free. On line booking is also easy.

  Wish I could give them five stars because the doctors are excellent, but the reception staff are just appalling. So rude, blunt, barely seem to answer the phone both when you're calling, or sitting in the waiting room

  Being attentive to calls and public enquiries needs to be seriously worked on because I've been calling for over an hour and am still struggling to book an appointment and ask a few questions

  Reception staff unprofessional. My husband had a unpleasant welcome by the reception staff over a payment that supposedly we had not paid. He was greeted with "you owe $150.00 and you need to pay it now". Fortunately for us we keep all receipts and the payments are always done via Mastercard. We were able to prove that a payment of $85.00 was paid on the day of consultation. Not sure what the hell they are smoking but we were not billed $150.00 anyway. Very unprofessional approach.
